How Selection Works
The EE system uses a Comprehensive Ranking System, where candidates in the pool compete ranked against other candidates in the pool based on their age, level and field of education, amount of work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. Category-based selection puts the candidate in this occupation front of the queue in categories selected by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration during periodic rounds of invitation.
- Create an Express Entry Profile : Enter the profile in the Express Entry pool, stating your occupation under the healthcare category.
